It will be interesting to see how Bernie approaches it.

He should definitely try to put Trump on the spot with topics where he has said things that his base do not support. Gun control is one, universal healthcare is another. He can turn up armed with some choice Trump quotes about supporting both of those, which could make The Donald uncomfortable.

Bernie should also rise above any insults. He doesn't want to get sucked into mudslinging; Trump is good at that.

Yeah I think Bernie's only experience in foreign policy is a honeymoon in an empire which doesn't exist anymore due to its practice of the kinds of policies he advocates. A bit ironic I guess.

Woefully ill-equipped for the office they're campaigning for is the only common ground they'll have.
