I don't think he's saying that they can be cured, as in, stop having the homosexual temptation or switch to heterosexual temptation. He's not saying that at all.

Yes, he is. How can we doubt that our God is capable of such a thing? It may not be until after the purification of death (i.e. enduring to the end), but in the risen glory of Christ and His New Kingdom ALL such maladies of the flesh and mind will be healed.

And, given that God came to save this life, how can we doubt such a thing is possible? Christ Himself healed a man born blind. If people can recover from depression (which, if you think about it, makes a really good analogy to homosexual desires), why not from homosexuality?

What makes it so unique?
