Forgiveness Sunday - start of the Great Fast

Been there, done that with the baby action...three times! Kate and I used to take turns taking Luke, Veronica, and Caleb outside at Mass for years! I wonder if my developing a major neck, shoulders, and back problem around that time up until present time had anything to do with that?

Sick baby. Not anything horrible, but keeping him quiet and contained for the entire Rite was beyond our energy levels. Glad you got to go though!

We had to have Forgiveness Vespers immediately after Liturgy yesterday, since an ice storm was moving in.

Not ideal, but at least we were able to have it.
