The Executive Orders mentioned in the title, which have been 'revoked' temporarily by President Obama has lifted the sanctions to Iran. All implementations of sanctions which use the above mentioned Orders cannot be held applicable with the United States discussion or argument, but it does not deter the other nations from using their own Executive Orders to keep or revoke sanctions to Iran. The E.U. has their own set of orders by which they can either keep or revoke the current sanction(s) on Iran or any other place they feel would be a danger if the nation is not kept 'under' check. The U.S. obviously feels that Iran is not a danger to the world hence removing the sanctions of proliferation of any nuclear developments within Iran. And it seems that the rest of the world has agreed. But, I could be wrong. https://www.whitehouse.gov/the-pres...tion-of-executive-orders-with-respect-to-Iran

Iran sanctions lifted as atomic authorities say Iran has fulfilled its obligations to last year’s nuclear agreement http://www.euronews.com/2016/01/16/iaea-gives-green-light-to-implementation-of-iran-nuclear-deal-paving-way-for-lifting-of-sanctions/
But along side with the lifting of the sanctions, Mrs. Clinton is calling for further sanctions to be held in place in respect to Iran, although the sanctions couldn't and wouldn't be justified by those Executive Orders that President Obama revoked. (above Orders listed)
