Ok in order to lie you need to know the truth beforehand. So George Bush would have had to have known that there would have been no WMD in Iraq prior to invasion despite EVERY SINGLE MAJOR INTELLIGENCE AGENCY worldwide (including those of Russia, Israel, France, England, and many others) stating that they also believed Saddam had WMD. So maybe he was wrong, but so was everyone else within our intelligence/government community and those in the intelligence agencies of many other nations.
So unless you have evidence showing he knew there would be no WMD at all whatsoever in Iraq before we went in, it is a lie to say the President lied. Plain and simple.
