And besides, that is a task that I think is reserved for Jesus when He returns.

In the meantime, evolution will wax stronger and stronger, culminating in the Tribulation period under the Antichrist.

How do I think Jesus is going to convince scientists they were wrong all along?

I don't know.

But I assume one way is to take them back in time to 4004 BC and let them see for themselves.

As many times as is necessary? Why? You consider that problematic? How many times has the Bible been modified to better reflect our understanding of the world? Presumably you'll say it hasn't, as though that were a good thing.

If you accept Astronomy and astrology then you have your work cut out for you. Lazy people only accept one or the other.

That is exactly right. Abraham was called to come out from among them. The Chaldean people in the city of UR had Astronomy and Astrology mixed together the way science has truth and error mixed together. As Christians we need to separate the error from the truth.

Assuming I can discount very minor changes, such as degrees to which genetic drift occurs, about as much as atomic theory.
