I have found out that no matter what the situation maybe, we need God. lt is a terrible thing to leave God out of whatever we are doing. lt doesn't matter whether it is minor or major. We must learn to bring God into everything we do in life because if we don't, we are the ones that would suffer for it.
We need God for direction, protection and instruction.
ln 1Sam 30 :1-19, the enemy (Amalekites) invaded the south and Ziklag attacked Ziklag and burned it with fire and took away David's wives, children, animals and everything. The Bible said David cried until there was no strength in him. But after shedding tears, he invited god into the situation.
ln verse 8, "And David inquired at the Lord, saying, shall l pursue after this troop? Shall l overtake them? And He answered him pursue; for thou shalt surely overtake them and without fail recover all."
The moment he asked God what to do, God spoke to him to pursue his enemies and with that he gor his victory.
When we invite God into any situation no matter how terrible, that we feel the situation is, God will always respond and tell us the next thing to do.
But when we leave God out of our situation we can be sure to carry unnecessary weight that is not required of us.
We need Him all the time, let us invite HIM to everything that concern us, the important and the less important.
Right now, if you are passing through hard times, or confused in taking positive decisions concerning your project, career, choice of future partner etc. go on your knees and ask God for Divine direction, He will show the right way to follow. He is there to be your guide.
l pray that God will make a way in the wilderness for you
and He protect and lead you through in everything you do.
