NBC was asking Trump about a Washington Post report that published earlier Friday that claims Trump routinely made calls to reporters in the '70s, '80s and '90s posing as a publicist named John Miller or John Barron, advocating for himself and answering questions about his personal life and business dealings.

Not sure why he is so defensive about doing this deed. He didn't invent the tactic. I'd have more respect for him by simply owning it.

It was obviously him, and this is just another lie heaped onto the pile of lies he's already spewed. He's ridiculous, his supporters are ridiculous, and my family and I had a great time laughing ourselves silly at the coverage from this ridiculous event. I feel more and more thankful every day I wasn't born in America.

Now he's in the process of walking back some of his most divisive statements during the campaign and virtually admitting he has punked his supporters. Not that they care, apparently.
