No matter what else happened the Dr is accused of removing lifesupport without authorization.
Did the Dr give to much drugs? Coroner said no.(natural causes)
I sure hope everyone documented events exactly as they happened. Jail time and a large settlement depends on the Nurses and people around the patient at this time.
If guilty he should see jail, fine, and have a large settlement against him. If not guilty, and the family is thought to be trying to extort money from the Dr, then they should face charges. Cashing in on a loved ones death, is not unheard of.
