Division in the Kingdom of God amongst believers

There are 5 denominations of Judaism
There are over 20,000 denominations of Christianity.

The Center for the Study of Global Christianity at Gordon-Conwell Seminary claimed in 2012 that there were 43,000 Christian denominations.

I believe you could knock off the last three zeros, but your point is well taken. Why are there divisions within Christianity?

1. Satan and his evil spirits are constantly sowing discord and false doctrines.
2. Millions of Christians hold the traditions of men above the written Word of God.
3. Many Christian leaders walk in the flesh rather than in the Spirit.
4. Many Christians refuse to accept true doctrine and discard false doctrine even after being shown what is true and what is false.
