(Jer 31:27) Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast.
(Jer 31:28) And it shall come to pass, that like as I have watched over them, to pluck up, and to break down, and to throw down, and to destroy, and to afflict; so will I watch over them, to build, and to plant, saith the LORD.
It can't be about heaven--the rest of the verses put things in perspective. He has watched over them when they were being broken down, plucked up and destroyed--He will watch over them to build them up. He will be there so they can build up their population of both man and of animals. It doesn't say that somehow man and beast are going to be crossbreeding---the seed of man AND the seed of beast--not the seed of man with beast.

21 And he said unto them, Is a candle brought to be put under a bushel, or under a bed? and not to be set on a candlestick?
