Considering your crush is taken, that is self-explanatory. Hold your head up and leave it be. Whatever is meant to be will happen just as it should, when it should.
I know a guy who had a crush on his best friend for year. He did everything she wanted, got her everything she desired, yet she was never interested in him as nothing more than a friend. He finally met a nice young lady who is as crazy about him as he is her and they just celebrated their 1 year relationship this past week.
So, don't fret about what you can't have. There's a reason for everything.

Painful and unpleasant, but unfortunately you will be lucky if you only feel like this once. Do you think you can be strong enough to remain friends with this person? Or will it be too painful to see her with someone else.
If its too painful then you are going to have to walk away and avoid her, thats also going to hurt.
