 Thank you oh Lord that you have convicted him of this and have softened his heart.

May he now receive that grace and empowerment to change. Help him to tust you for all his needs, to pray (as in "Be anxious for nothing but in all things with prayer and supplication let your requests be made known unto God).

Help change his perspective on things and to know and have faith that you will grant him whatever he asks for in prayer, according to to your will. Help him to trust in your will, and to be patient. Open his eyes to know that all things work together for good to those that love you and are called according to your purposes. Help him to trust in your goodness, that you will not withhold any good thing from him, that if he "asks for bread will you give him a stone?" Remove any thorns of envy from his heart.

Help him to be content in all things. Lord please increase his faith to believe you for all he needs, to be and do all you have called him to.

Help him to seek first the kingdom of God, and to be heavenly minded (all these things shall be added unto him).Help him to consider others above himself (his own needs) and to be compassionate as Jesus is.

Lord, your kingdom come, your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus name, amen.
