Not odd at all. I agree with almost all you post, but I have fallen from your good graces because you thought I was attacking all people in the south. That wasn't my intention and I already apologized. What? We agree? How odd....

That comment was not even in this thread!
Your deflection has been noted.
I understand your need to win a point. Sadly it isn't happening in this thread.

And who exactly gets to choose, what should be remembered and taught ?It IS important that black people remember their subjugation. If flying a flag helps them do that, then I don't see why the flag should be taken down.
You brought up Thornton, not me.What difference does it make if it wasn't in this thread? You seem to require a criteria from me that you don't from yourself.

I wonder why they don't fly Nazi flags outside of concentration camps that they've turned into museums? There MUST be a reason; I wonder what it is?

Not only did you try to minimize these deaths, and dismiss the racism from this boy and his clear confession that it was racially motivated, but you finished off by being wrong about Omar Thornton.
A trifecta failure for you. Well done.
Perhaps it's because they aren't so stupid as to compare the confederacy to the nazis.
I note you did not mention the Stalinist purges which amounted to around 600,000,000 million people, why?

Your numbers are still triple what even the Black Book of Communism attributes to Stalin and the USSR.Sorry ,my computer is a bit lawless at the moment .There should be one less 0
Salin began the purges which lasted throughout 70 years of the USSR.How exactly did Stalin purge 440 million more people then the total population of the USSR under his rule at the height of the purges?
plus the word million.Sorry ,my computer is a bit lawless at the moment .There should be one less 0
