caveat emptor - online (and mail order) trading.
Make sure that the outfit you are buying from actually exists, before you part with your cash. Don't just order things online because theres a possibility they will take your money and not deliver the goods.
Check for a discount first or the delivery costs and times of delivery and if you get a reply (not just a generic email) then you know someone is manning the online office and not a robot. I would never just deposit money for goods online without checking this first, learned my lesson.
Especially if they are overseas, if possible, keep it local.
