Hi,

I always find conversion memoirs to be very inspirational as I grew up without formal religion before coming to Christ a few years ago.

I've been reading conversion to Catholicism memoirs (and of people who were born and raised Catholic but came back to the faith later in life). So far, I've been trying to find books published within the last ten years (or at least by 2002 onward) as the Catholic Church has undergone changes due to the sex abuse scandals and the changes with three popes since the year 2000.

The books I've found to date are:

"Not God's Type" by Holly Ordway
"Something Other Than God" by Jennifer Fulwilder
"Radical Reinvention" by Kaya Oakes
"Called Out of Darkness" by Anne Rice
"Arriving at Amen" by Leah Libresco

If anyone have additional suggestions, I've love to see them! :)

Thanks!
