A pro-family activist says it's outrageous that a top GOP official in Georgia, who is an open homosexual, has compared members of a Christian conservative organization to Nazis.

Jamie Ensley, president of the Georgia Log Cabin Republicans, recently described Americans for Truth About Homosexuality (AFTAH) as a "radical Christian domestic terrorist group." His comments came after the AFTAH asked GOP chairman Michael Steele not to bend to the homosexual activist agenda of the Log Cabin Republicans (see related story). Ensley also compared AFTAH to Germany's Nazi Party.

I have to say, in my past experiences with organizations with the word "Truth" in their name, the truth is rarely what they are seeking to promote.

Anytime you see bigots include the word "Truth" in their organization title, that should be a red flag that they're not about to tell the truth.

Oh okay, because the two organization titles I gave were obviously fake. Yours is obviously fake as well, as there is no one here telling lies about Christian pastors.

A reference to the “United American Families Act” that would make changes to existing immigration laws and end the barring of gays in relationships with foreigners from sponsoring their gay partner for a green card.

These people, Americans for Truth About Homosexuality and all folks like them, really and truly need to get a life.

They, as Christians, have decided to make a stand against the proliferation and normalization of a particular sin.

There are similar Christian organizations that make a stand each day against abortion, drugs / crime, inappropriate contentography, racial inequality, etc.

inappropriate contentography isn't illegal and shouldn't be though.

It's ok to enforce your beliefs within your own sect and tell all your followers about the sins related to inappropriate content, or to get distribute information to non-members and hope to sway them.

But it's no ok to legislate them, sorry.

No one said anything about legal or illegal. They are trying to keep yet another SIN from being normalized within our society. There are alot of immoral activities and vices that are legal in our country that will not stand up to God's judgment.


And they are challenging someone's attempt to legislate said SIN into law... gay advocates are basically trying to insert a loophole into immigration laws that could be dangerous.
I'd prefer people have to go through the proper channels to gain access into our country.... and not via some gay booty call.

This would totally invalidate the system we have in place and provide an easy route of entry into the country for anyone.
Pay someone to claim that they are a gay partner, get a green card, your in the country...

People already exploit the system through marriage... why make it easier?
