Wow. Curious to know why. You rarely see this is in Japan, but the times that you do, it's an attempted mass murder of some kind.

Yep. He got 39 of them. 19 are dead. One guy. One knife. And he turned himself in to responding police afterwards.
Last 5 Islamic attacks: truck, axe, gun, machete, bomb.
This doesn't appear Islamic. But... Knife.
Something something guns.

I lived in Tokyo for almost 15 years. Safest I've ever felt in my life.[except for earthquakes] ( I know this mayhem took place outside the city, but its even safer there)

I'm going to guess he had some kind of god thing going on. like he was doing it to make them not suffer anymore or some such sick idea.

From reports I've been hearing, he killed them because they are a drain on society. Reeks of eugenics.
