System Shock 2. It kept me up nights. Not just playing but the creepy atmosphere really seemed to soak into me until some moments during the game were downright terrifying.

Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 tie for second but only because of Minsc's one liners.

Been meaning to play all of those but you have to do Dosbox crap for SS2 and I didnt have the patience to figure it out, or maybe it was SS1 that was dosbox. I could figure it out but I gave up on it for now. I am also playing PST which is amazing, I got a big list atm. It might be the best game ever.
