Hi. I'm new here and I apologize for starting out asking for favors, but I have a precious elderly dog that I have had since he was fairly young and has been with me through thick and thin over the years who is slowly going downhill with serious health problems and it is breaking my heart to watch. Please pray for him to have comfort and peace and he goes through the process of this illness running it's course and pray for me to have peace and comfort, too, as I couldn't be hurting more if this was a human family member dying slowly before my eyes. I feel so awful that I can't do more for him. Please pray that God's will will be done in His time. I want to think he might get better even at this late hour, but it is looking doubtful and this has been so, so hard for both of us. If you've ever really loved a dog, you know what I'm going through.

Oh yes Lynn I do know how you feel. Beloved pets are as close to us as family members. And when a fur baby is sick or dies our heart is torn with pain.
