Some of them are. Many of them are not. The ones who advocate for Christian rights but not, say, Muslims rights are. Ditto those who advocate for Muslim tolerance and rights but not the same for Christians.

Old news. Cmon the ________ card (fill in the blank: race, gender, etc etc etc) and whining about "bigotry" and "oppression," whether it's legit or not, has been the rage for decades now. And why not? It's worked so well. Truth and logic and common sense are optional. At best.

Christianity is rooted in history and is based on the historical life of Christ Jesus and on what he taught to the Apostles. Muhammad came centuries later and made up a false religion which tried to rewrite history.

There is only one way that Christianity can convince the rest of the world that it is a superior religion.

and remember just as well that Jesus showed disrespect for the Jewish leaders who-- above all people-- should have known and recognized Him, but chose not to.
That latter is important because in doing so they were saying that their ways and ideas were more important than the Son of God who was standing there in the flesh right before their eyes.

So when Christians who should know better choose instead not to recognize that Christianity is indeed a superior religion, and instead support the rights of other religions, then they will recieve what they deserve from Christ when He returns.
And that's where we are supposed to leave it--in the hands of Christ.

And of course, Muslims will make somewhat similar statements about why their faith is obviously the correct one when looked at objectively. Their faith seems roughly as strong as that of Christians. Their arguments have similar strengths and similar holes. Adherents of each movement seem eager to give lip service to striving to please their God but neither group seems to have all that many adherents that believe so strongly as to truly give their lives to their God.

Absolutely. By our fruit they will know us. Are we electing to live in relative squalor in order that we feed and heal as many people as we can? Are we leaving our comfortable lives in a comfortable land to live with and help the least fortunate? Are we spending our fortunes on comfort and luxury items? Are we freely giving even our blood so that the injured might survive? Are we simply talking a lot about what we pretend to believe and going to Church and not bothering to live for anyone but ourselves?
