I dunno, ask an Anglican. all I know is where the true orders are, not where they are not. something like that is God's business.

and it probably depends on the Anglican, considering that faith is a many varied thing.

We don't usually make distinctions like that about other faith groups because our view of Apostolic Succession must carry with it the Apostolic Faith. The great heretics like Arius and Nestorius were validly ordained priests and bishops, but they abandoned the Apostolic Faith, so what benefit does the laying on of hands have for them?

Whether or not Anglicans have valid ordinations (we don't usually even use that type of language), their church ordains women and justifies sexual immorality. That is not even to touch on the variety of false theological positions that they are willing to accept. A century ago, we were very close to the Anglican Church....so close in fact that our Bishops were telling Anglicans not to bother converting to Orthodoxy since our faiths were so close, but tragically, their faith has totally changed over the last 100 years.
