Well, I could forgive him for speeding at 100 mph.

Ask me how I can get from Austin to El Paso in six hours and 45 minutes, or from Austin to Baton Rouge in five hours.

Of course, I do it without the help of drugs...

Yeah...I would say so.

But maybe he'll turn his life around as Robert F. Kennedy Jr did after his heroin bust. He developed a very lucrative career out of the contacts he made while doing community service. Perhaps Albert Gore III will find some non-profit to rescue him while he does time in rehab.

I know in this culture, we love to hear about famous names in the news.
Al Gore III is not famous.
Like Bush's daughters, the news should mention the crime then move on.
This isn't Global Warming Al Gore, this is his son. He needs help with his demons, not a spotlight on them to sell papers.

Of course, with Paris and Lindsey, the media want to
highlight the rich and famous at their worst.

Why does the country find it necessary to get in the business of well-known families? When bad things happen to your family or someone makes a bad mistake, you don't have it plastered everywhere, do you? This is no one's business.

I have a 20 something cousin who knew him in high school. He of course, went to private school, but my cousin and her boyfriend frequently double dated with AG, Jr. She said he was fairly quiet and unassuming back then. But it's gotta be stressful coming from a celebrity family, and a lot of people don't deal with it well.
