Thanks to everyone for your comments. I believe that our love for our daughter is what keeps us from overreacting and saying the wrong things. We don't want to close the door. Her sin is between her & God. For us it is a matter of how best to handle the situation. We are going to see a Christian counselor who we trust to guide us through and show us how to be true to our faith & relate to our daughter during this difficult time.
