If an authority figure can "force" grown adults to "kill" an innocent person, I have no doubt an authority figure can "force" someone to spread 'em (especially children) (forgive the candor).

And the sad fact is most child molesters get away with it so they keep doing it.
The few that do get caught get off with a slap on the wrist compared to the lives they destroy.
Don't pay your taxes and you can get 20+ years behind bars. Molest 5 young girls get 3 years. Something is not right here.
