Abba Father - Jesus Cry's these words - You also can cry "Abba Father"...

Abba is a term used of one's true Father only.
When God becomes your true father by you receiving His Spirit the Spirit bares witness by speaking in tongues ... a miraculous spiritual language to indicate you are a miraculous new spiritual creature.

"...the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God" (Romans 8:15-16, see also Galatians 4:6)

The verse you quoted, Receiver, is proper, and there is nothing to be added about "speaking in tongues" which is extrapolating. It is also extrapolating to say one can use the term: "daddy", which is disrespectful, as some like to say (note John 20:17 --a different relationship of the Son than we have).

There certainly is you and everyone else why tries to explain what it means necessarily adds what they think it means.

No verse stands in isolation, Paul is writing to people who knew what he was talking about.

Please say what you believe it means!
