You can get it hot or mild. The mild is like a spicy ketchup. The hot isn't really very hot though. I use this a lot. I love it.

It's Capasium & Oil has a rating of about 1/2 Million
(Normal Tabasco is (IIRC) about 1,000 - 2,000)

This stuff comes in child proof containers for a reason.

I took 2-3 Drops straight and nearly lost my lunch the first time I tried it.
When cooking with it, the wife can't be in the house, as it acts like tear gas to her.

I wonder if that stuff would make you blind or something if it got in your eyes, I heard there is a pepper hotter then the habanero, that sauce must be it!

Good to know,But I have family members that love spicy food,Including me.I was just talking about putting it food and watching them reach for water.But it's probably better not to since I wouldn't want rush a family member to the hospital.

What this and other sauces like this are, is they take the chemical in peppers (capisum) and oil to make it.

The higher the percentage of capisum the higher the temp.

One major Advantage is It Doesn't effect the flavor much other than adding Heat, unlike stuff like Tabasco that adds vinegar to the falvor.

FYI Pure Capisum Scoville rating is 15-16 Million
A Jalapeno 2,500 ~ 8,000
My Pure Cap ~ 500,000

I let anyone that wants to try it (A small dip on the tip of a toothpick) with a nice warning that it's stupid hot

Though one time one relative was talking a bunch of smack and they got about a 1/2 drop (I also took some at the same time)

They never talked smack around me again
