A very common tendency I have encountered is to deprive the Bible of the usage of poetic language, metaphors, similes, hyperbole and to claim that it uses all terms literally. All other literature is, of course, granted that right.

Not al creationists dispute evolution. Some Creationists believe that God used evolution to create mankind.
