Yeah, I'd consider a bald man. No need to be rude because he's follicly (is that a word?) disadvantaged. I prefer a full head of hair though. Think Russell Crowe in Master and Commander, or longer.
I will never understand why a man would shave his head, or cut his hair so short he might as well have shaved it.

maybe if they are younger guys, they should go for the shaved head look. There's a guy at my work who is a big muscly guy with a shaved head, and he looks much cuter than if he would have longer hair that revealed his receding hairline. but, that look isn't for everyone
