No it's not. There is a slim margin of uncertainty about evolution. The earth being round is indisputable.

How do you know the Earth isn't only 25 years old? I mean have you seen it 26 years ago? For all you know you were created along with this Earth 25 yrs ago along with everything you see around you today.

This is getting silly, I can't beleive this is even a topic of debate.

Now you're starting to get it.

Considering some of the stuff I've seen on this forum...

Try http://images.google.com/images?q=th...oe=UTF-8&hl=en (Google Image Search) and see if any of the pictures look round.

Just as I thought, they are all flat. Sure they might be circular, but they are still 2D.

This is getting ridiculous. We can see that the Earth is round because we all know it rotates on its axis hence day and night so on and so fourth. Maybe it is infact flat. but Our 3D minds concept it as being round. So going by my limited human 3d mind I would say the earth is round.

Comparing the earth as being flat to the age of the Earth is ridiculous.

Have you ever seen the Earth from space (so you can see it all at once)? Otherwise, you are just accepting on "faith" that what people are telling you about the shape of the Earth is correct.

Not really. To qualified scientists there is no debate that the Earth is ~4.5 billion years old and the Earth is approximately spherical. But for all we know, both could be completely wrong.
