Prayer for temptation problems

i have a problem resisting girls
i avoid disgusting things
but sometimes i look a little too much
please pray for me
i want to get out of this cycle and i know only god can help me!

First off, Shine, I gotta say this, P.O.D. rocks! And I'm an "old" lady!!!

One of the important things you have to do is remember this: Life isn't like tv, music videos or the movies. Sex without marriage is not expressing your love for the other. It cheapens what is meant to be a very, very beautiful, loving experience between two who have made a covenant to one another before God. Sex is not just a bodily function, like scratching an itch.

No matter what kind of message the world is sending you, keep yourself pure and God will bless that in you. Be patient. I truly believe God has someone special in mind for each of us. I know, He blessed me with a wonderful husband all of twenty two years ago!!! And, while it hasn't been a bed of roses all these years I am so glad that we stuck it out, especially when we both look around at our kids' friends and see them hurting from divorce.

God bless you, Shine and He will give you the strength to overcome this. Keep your mind on Him and He will help you stand up and be straight.
