That analogy destroys your point. Unless you say that a mugger who kills people when they don't give him their wallet is perfectly acceptable, and you would happily let him go...which I doubt you would say.

Heck, abstinence prevents babies from being conceived.
Now, me, I'd say we've already fulfilled the "be fruitful and multiply" requirement in spades...
