I also don't want to hear another depressive episode until you have been listening to family radio.
http://www.familyradio.com (find station listings or listen online) for about several weeks.
Please I am doing this because I love you and I know that if I didn't do these things..I'd still be on medication.
This might as well be my last post since all the answers are in that book. and the station will keep you company.

smash_kate,
While the advice you give can be of some help to the people here, there is one thing you have to understand: the people here who "complain" of depressive episodes may very well be dealing with an actual chemical imbalance. Depression is an
illness, not an indication that one lacks faith in God.

Now, I don't believe that medical professionals are always right in their analyses. However, there
is evidence for the point I am presenting here. Re: what you say about medication: it's not a cure all, but for severe depressives, it may be the difference b/w life and death. I have a severely depressed friend. She needs her meds to function. W/o them, she'd be dead, b/c there is something CHEMICALLY WRONG WITH HER. I WANT HER TO LIVE.
Just a thought.
