It's just like Mexicans chanting 'Osama, Osama' at the soccer game. These other countries don't respect America for giving them money, or pardoning their crimes. It's as simple as that, even Bush should be able to understand something so simple.

My way of thinking about money issues is really quite simple. Until we can dig ourselves out of the big holes that our government likes to plunk us in, maybe we shouldn't be sending money out. That aside, but money doesn't make friends. You can't buy them....
