| Blessed are... (true christian character) Matthew 5:3-12
Blessed are the poor in spirit
Blessed are those who mourn - to mourn is to acknowledge the overwhelming sinfulness of one's own sin, feeling the indescribable sadness and brokenness over the wrong that has transpired.
Blessed are the gentle, for they shall inherirt the earth - a gentle word for encouragement, a gentle treatment towards others (being polite, treat others with dignity, courtesy, and tact)
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness - alighning oneself with God's character: holiness, truth, goodness, righteousness. Longing to be like God.
Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy - concern for people in need. Assisting those less fortunate, whether in spirit or financial situations.
Blessed are the pure in heart - to live a sincered private and public life. Be the same whether u're at work or at home, don't wear a mask!
Blessed are the peacemakers.
Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness - when two value systems collide, do not go with the world.

May you be blessed, my brothers and sisters in Christ.
