Reps: 513,499,280,882,594,176 (power: 513,499,280,882,620) | | | REVIVAL IN CALGARY?? January 30th, friday night, there is scheduled a prayer rally at the Glenmore Inn and convention centre. What makes this prayer rally different from other orayer gatherings though is the fact that this is not a single congregation coming together for a scheduled prayer. Rather this is a community effort. An act of unity amonst several very different churches in the area.
Epic church, U church, Bethel Baptist church, Full gospel church of Calgary, ST. Michaels Catholic church, Pavilion of Hope Baptist church, the Rock, Every Home for christ, Springbank Community church, And first Alliance church. At least ten different churches/ministries.
I plan to attend although I am not a part of any of the ten christian groups sponsering the event. The event organizers have opened the event to whomever wants to attend and join together in prayer for revival in calgary.
I wonder if this is what the beginnings of true revival looks like?? when groups of christians and pastors set aside their differences and humble themselves like this. ( May all the glory go to the Lord, EH?)

It is not my intention to undermine prayer, but prayer without action can sometimes be futile.
TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE PRAYING TILL THEY ARE BLUE IN THE FACE!!! How will they hear unless someone tells them?
The gospel needs to go out into the streets, too many people are more concerned about their reputation.
