What are the possibilities of a kind of furniture in an animal? Burning wood, is it giving enough energy? Can you regulate the temperature? Can it answer maybe some questions, or is it only throwing up more?
In the eyepoint of evolution theory it is undeclarable, I know. But how big are the other problems?

If you did not yet do so, you might want to check out available data about the bombardier beetle. I admit I'm no biologist, but I could imagine very well that a modified version of this little critter's special ability would enable a living creature to "breathe fire"...
