If I do witness, I'd like to have the right attitude and intent...but what is the right attitude and intent? |

Sometimes though, people tend to use an IM RIGHT YOU'RE WRONG mentality which make non Christians shy away from Christ rather than draw them to it. Ive seen it happen before. |

Because, one day when you are home, you won’t want to regret the opportunities that you passed, by entirely ignoring what could have been done, with what has been given you.

If you are truely saved, you will want everyone to know you are, and you will have a special urgency to tell them. No one knows when they are going to die, but after they do, it will be to late to tell them.
Bless You!

Remember, witnessing doesn't always mean opening your mouth. If you are "trying to witness" you will get very discouraged. By much prayer and meditation the Lord will make you a witness wherever you are. Everyday you must meditate on the word and ask God to use you.
Some people wish they could be excited about witnessing like others they see. The ones witnessing realize that they are excited because they are witnessing. Led by the Spirit of course. Sometimes your mind says "I must respond to that comment" and the Spirit tells you "keep you mouth closed".

I completely agree with you dede10! I believe that God puts you in people's paths ( and vise versa) for a reason. Sometimes that reason is to lead them to Christ. |

I mean, Christianity isn't a club, or just for exclusive people, so why wouldn't we all want other folks to experience the love and joy of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ? Of course we would, so thats why we witness. To help them see the Light!
Be excited about your salvation, and help others to be saved too! Then Satan will have NOONE in his grasp!
God Bless you, and rock on in Jesus Christs name!
