I'm getting pretty tired of seeing the "from goo to the zoo to you" line that is being used by creationists, ad nauseum, in this forum. Don't you creationists see that this silly strawman only indicates and promotes ignorance? I know you think the phrase is greatly witty, but I assure you that only fellow creationists would think so.
My OP title: "On some dried goo, God blew, then you" would be a line to ridicule creationists (but unlike the parrots who use the goo-zoo-you line, I wrote mine). Does my super-simplified, possibly disrespectful one-liner sum up the views you subscribe to? Was your first reaction: "Hey this guy really respects my views, why not engage him in discussion?". I didn't think so. Did you think: "Hey, this guy must be really knowledgable about this subject, let's hear what he has to say?". I didn't think so.
How do you feel about the cute phrase: "Dogmatic Darwinists!"

Never heard that phrase. But I'd have to say it'd irritate me if I heard/read it either way. I do believe in Biblical creation, BTW. But that seems like a silly way to diss someone's beliefs rather than promote discussion.
There's got to be better ways to discuss things than make not so nice comments toward one another.
