| I think the 150 days is both prophetic & symbolic.
40 days & 40 nights are mentioned time & time again the Bible. (Moses took 40 days & 40 nights to get the 10 Commandments on Mt. Sinai, Jesus fasted in the desert for 40 days & 40 nights, it rained in Noah's flood for 40 days & 40 night, etc.)
Seven days is also another number used over & over, as is the number 12 (12 apostles, 12 tribes of Israel, Jesus at age 12 in the temple).
I think God uses certain specific numbers all throughout the Bible & the number 150 could be one of those numbers that has special meaning to God Himself.
