Edinburgh's Hogmanay is supposed to be one of the biggest New Year celebrations in the world...
This year the fireworks got wet so the party was called off at 11pm - what an anticlimax! |

Sounds interesting and fun! One of my goals is to get to Scotland. I have been to England (London & Guildford) several times but unfortunately never had time to make it up North to your country. I must tell you though the pictures of it are breath- taking!! Maybe next year they will keep the fireworks dry! Stay happy and healthy in 2004
