Smile The Open Cafe - a thread for everyone to post in.

The Open Cafe Thread

This is the only thread in this forum where non-Christians can post in.

It's a place for non-Christians to fellowship with Liberal Christians. There shall be no debate or discussion in here - please reserve this thread purely for fellowship.

This Cafe is not a permanent thread - at this stage it's being beta-tested. Let's see how things go.

Enjoy - may the love of Christ be with you.

This is a classic example of Erwin's great Christian compassion and willingness to go to extremes to accommodate all who use CF. And for that, great thanks. I'm PM-ing the thread location to Loki, who was one of the folks who most wanted this sort of thing, and whose integrity in refusing to claim a belief not present deserves honor.

*puts a pot of water on the stove for tea* Any requests? If not, it's earl grey. And it's lovely to visit your forum. I feel like I do when I visit a church in town, but less awkward and shy.

And thanks again Erwin; I really appreciate this, and promise to use it well and vacuum and dust at least once a week. Would you like tea, or do you take coffee? I'm not great at making coffee, but i can try.

That's what they have coffee machines for. Making tea however, is an art.

I'm pretty good at tea making, if I do say so.

So.... anything do/see anything neat lately? I tried the 50+ yr old wheat wine thta's been in my grandparents' cellar for the pst 50+ years. It was surprisingly good. Really smooth and mellow, and not the least bit turpentine-y, like it smelled.
