Politics in America are so fundamentally, deeply, venomously biased that you can't trust anyone's links half the time. Go to a conservative website and they'll work the numbers, interviews, and sources to make Obama look like a failure, a commie, a foreigner, and a loser in anything they write. Go to a Democratic liberal site and they'll make Obama and his programs sound like a panacea and his presidency out to be some kind of second coming.
Both are not really accurate. The truth is usually somewhere in the middle.
Pro-lifers are going to villify the President before he's even spoken because they view abortion as the one and only issue that determines a man's character. If a man is willing to allow abortion, he's akin to Hitler, Stalin, Nero. So there is no debating them.
Far left-leaning liberals see the government as the only solution for every problem. They see taxes, government, regulation, and social justice as the only answers. They are unwilling to be honest about what their gay "marriage" and pro-homosexual agendas really mean for America.
Obamacare has its pluses. It also has huge negatives. It would be awesome if both hardcore Right-wingers and radical Left-wingers could just be neutral on the issue and do some investigations and analyze the matter without going to the Huffington Post, NPR, Rush Limbaugh, or Sean Hannity type nutty sources to get their "proofs"

Oh, This actually says that the bill is 2700 pages--gee, didn't know I was being generous by claiming that it was *only* 2600. Of course if y'all were *really interested* (instead of just trashing everything I say) you *could* have gone to the Library of Congress link I provided.

Also, if all would set their political agendas aside and come together with a genuine interest in solving our healthcare problems; Obama's ACA could be considered an excellent starting point. Much of the ACA is good. Some parts need to be changed or even removed. If the ACA is scrapped (which Obama's opponents so desperately want), we are back at square one.

I'm sorry, I didn't realize the LOC link you provided was a direct link to the 2600-2700 page version of the bill. I guess since you read it you would have the direct link at your fingertips. Off to verify.
