i believe that the UK had the same saying for their physicians as does the US: First Do No Harm.
The quickest way to cause harm would be to dash in with no knowledge of the situation, and presume to offer advice.
Frankly, it is probably best NOT to know the situation, as it has the feel of something that should not be public knowledge.
Prayer we can do, should do, and will do.
