I'm going through my first crisis since becoming a Christian, I see gods work and know he is with me. Many times he has assured me things will be fine. However I feel confident about my situation but doubt creeps in and puts a damper on my mood. Any advice for me? |

Hi,
I read your post and something that came right to mind was "gratitude." How are you doing with gratitude? When you think of all God has done for us, is doing for us on a daily basis there is a lot to be grateful for. I find that practicing gratitude and consciously being grateful (being thankful) in as many situations as possible turns negativity into positivity. We all have situations that trouble us and are not what we hoped for. But everyone has something to be grateful for, especially Christians. What do you think?

I could use some extra prayer. Thank you for helping |

Hello,
It is good that you are able to cut through the mundane and keep your eyes on the Lord and what He has done for us. I have been praying for you. God bless you and yours.

Thank you for your prayers, it's a blessing to have this site as a resource. I have been reading the bible, listening to a cpl pastors on the web ( Charles Stanley, Joseph prince) and started going to church. I've cut out most of my tv watching as it is hard to watch with all the sex, divorce, and garbage the floods most of the networks.
Thanks again | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | | | |
