Any Christians Had a Reiki attunement?

Hi have any of you guys had Reiki attunement and found it complimentary to your christian faith and not a hinderance?

Christianity and spiritualism are totally and completely incompatible. The fact that in reike attunement spirit guides are called upon to help bringing healing means it is a complete no, no for Christians.


As Christians we are taught to test the spirits to see if they are of God or not. The reason for this is because there are spiritual beings that are opposed to God and want to lead people away from God. One of the ways these spirit beings do this is to offer enticements such as physical healing to entrap people. Once entrapped some enter into a life of deception that has a dreadful end in a godless eternity, without hope of deliverance.


Finally, I'd like to say something about testing the spirits to see if they are of God or not. Any spirit that does not except Jesus Christ as the Lord of heaven and earth, in the sense that they would want to worship Him as such, and also does not except that He shed his blood for the redemption of humanity is not of God.

Ah ok I thought it was like accupumcture without needles. I don't believe in those spirit guides so it wouldn't work in me anyway. There is the Holy Spirit. There is Jesus and nothing else takes the place of that.

I do believe though in balancing the bodies energy centers and that is non spiritual and non demonic. They balance and make you feel better. It's a bit like relaxation.

So how do you balance the body's energy center with NO non-spiritual and no-demonic aspects? What is Reiki?

There area few places in your body, like your neck your chest, heart and lower navel.

You concentrate on them in terms of energy out/in.

If you feel its demonic dont! IF you feeel its not real dont!

IF you feel its occult or something like that it does not mean it is. Reiki sounds different to what i am talking about. I am talking sorta about meditation techniques for relaxation and balance.

They dont hurt me, actually it makes me feel good.

I've never heard of Reiki attunement, but in terms of meditation, why not? If it helps, go ahead. It is a form of mental control and emotion control, and it is a good thing to have.

Thanks but I havea responsibility to myself and others in terms of leading others astray that i must weigh these things against the lords advice for my christian walk.

if this is a bad thing and i lead others to it i am held accountable. If it is not then I did the testing to be sure.

How would you meditate? There are many forms. Some are inherently evil, but some are just emptying your mind of thoughts and just relaxing. You stay in control and think what you want to think, and nothing more.

Once I have my own house, I am going to get a sensory deprivation tank. While generally taboo among Christians, there is nothing inherently wrong with it. As long as you stay in control, everything is fine and can benefit you. But if you are feeling convicted or something, then I would advise against it, as we are to listen to the HS.
