Obama does it again

Feel poor-er? Well U.S. citizens are. Another one of Obama's chosen green jobs (courtesy of the taxpayers) goes belly-up. I think Romney is right. Obama *does* pick the "losers". He's got one poor "track record". (Too bad it's with our money.)

Lol

Yes. GOPUSA is a completely impartial source for news.

Hehehe.

Figured that you would try to denigrate the news source. Seems though that it agrees with the link that Warrior Angel posted. That's two witnesses. I do believe the Bible speaks about two (or more) witnesses.

Ok, I get a bit annoyed when people post this. Two witnesses was not some sort of magic number that meant it had to be true. In fact, if the two witnesses relayed the same story in exactly the same way, it was immediately thrown out because it was clear they were colluding together.

The Law was that you could not convict a person of a capital crime without there being two witnesses, not that two witnesses alone was a slam dunk.

Break it down and you will see the reason for the two (or more) witnesses. Why more than one witness? Obviously because with more than one there is a greater chance that that there will be truth revealed. (Probably one of the reasons that the religious solicutors that come to our doors are usually sent out in twos (or more.)

You know about a passenger involved in a car accident is considered an unreliable witness?

Apply the logic for it here.

Um, we're talking Torah here and I think that the people who study Torah since their youth kinda know what they're talking about.

Or are you referring to Rebbe Yeshua's use of witnesses?

It is a protection so that one person cannot accuse a person and they be convicted based upon that one person. It requires two. But like I said, it isn't simply that there are two witnesses and BOOM conviction. The court did investigate to make sure that their stories 1) made sense and 2) didn't match to the point it was obvious they colluded together.

Unbelieveable. Wait a minute, yes it is believeable. I might even agree with Al Gore and perhaps there was a bit of 'oxygen depletion' when making those poor decisions with tax payor money.

It is common knowledge that US taxpayers lost $535 million on Solyndra.

It is less common knowledge that US taxpayers are losing $9.9 billion on the BP oil spill. Or about 20 times as much....

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...072704437.html

Even more disgusting is that if US had required BP and other oil companies to purchase a simple $500,000 piece of equipment that all other western nations require the oil spill could have been contained before any damage was done.

Obama's molehills look awfully insignificant compared to Republican mountains.
