Sabbath truth vs lies.............

Why would I ignor the wisdom and history of the Jewish people and teach contrary to their records and even the bible?
The Jews claims that sabbath was given to them as a people. If that is true, this would contradict creation institution through Adam.

SDA use Isa 66 to say that sabbathkeeping will be done in heaven. Does Jewish history support that?

A study of this chapter show that this prophesy is about the last days on earth.

Lies about the sabbath are easy to be exposed....They normally come in bunches of isolated scriptures.

truths as jews tell it.....

Question: Why do Jews observe a day of rest (Sabbath)?

Answer: Saturday is the official day of rest in Judaism. The Jewish Sabbath, called Shabbat in Hebrew, begins at sundown on Friday evening and end at sundown on Saturday evening. Observing a day of rest originated in the Bible.

According to the Bible, Genesis (2:1-3), God rested on the seventh day of creation.

In the Ten Commandments, Exodus (20:2-14) and Deuteronomy (5:12-15), the Sabbath is called a day of rest. Exodus 20:8-10 reads, "Remember the Sabbath day and keep it holy. Six days shall you labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of the Lord thy God on which you shall do no work."

Lastly, Exodus (31:16-17), reads "And the children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath throughout the generations for a perpetual covenant ... for in six days the Lord created heaven and earth, and on the seventh He ceased from work and rested."

Rabbis later decided that observing the Sabbath as a day of rest was a way toward personal salvation.
Truths should be bible supported rather than based on no evidence
Jews dont rant on about Adam being given the law or making statements that scriptures are silent about.

It should be SDA burden to find at least one command in the New Testament to keep the sabbath.
By asking for proof that Sabbath was replaced is a scam..... they should first prove that sabbath was given to all mankind.

God chose Abraham and the bible is about how God's promises became truths.
Lies are designed to malign the history of what God has given humanty though Jesus Christ.

No Adam did not have the Law....that would be a rewrite.

If God appeared to a people we should have their history to know God's word.

God's work was never finished just as much as the scribes had turned the law of life into a lie with their pen.

John 4:34 ... My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.

If the land does not have rest it vomits you out, the land is feminine ... and jubilee is where pentecost (50th year) has rest. Where the two become summed up in the one.

Isa 62:4-5 Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married. For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee.

You must first understand where the son of man is to understand what is the sabbath or rest.

1Co 3:3 For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

Job 38:3 Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I will demand of thee, and answer thou me.

Lev 18:23 Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.

Psalms 44:15 My confusion is continually before me, and the shame of my face hath covered me,

Being spued out is spoken of here and elsewhere

Lev 18:28 That the land spue not you out also, when ye defile it, as it spued out the nations that were before you.

Rev 3:16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

Truth or lies

What should we do with.......

Gen 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
Gen 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

If you aked me why did God rest on the seventh day? My answer would be,..because He was finished with His work of creation.
If I used these scripture to say that God instituted rest for Adam and Eve it would make no sense.

Isa 62:4-5 Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married. Not new but a son becoming clean to our perception given to us by our woman/soul. This is the rest and this rest comes by pouring out our soul, or becoming a liitle child, or born again ... without form and void. The God at the beginning is not our Father even as the spirit and the bride say come to that which was before the heaven and the earth, before the duality of our son, good son, bad son. The God of genesis made man out of the dust of the earth like a potter does a vessel ... God does not dwell in a temple made with hands, rather he is the revelation of this temple much as he is this eighth day that rest reveals, but the son of man is Lord of the sabbath, whether we understand that the son of man is in heaven or not.

If we hold this perception of lack against another it not only binds them but us as well, heaven is bound on earth or heaven is loosed on earth. As we judge we are judged, if we judge they are wanting, we are as well.

The Son of God has always been the subject for those who are seeking, if not the path that is without is broad and does not lead to this life that the son is in us.

Either we are gathering or we are scattering, there is no in between, to be in between is a spewing out of the land or mouth (as fireinfolding has said), like grabbing an angry dog by the ears. The name of each ear is, good and evil. Dogs are full of want and have a perception of life driven by want (gentiles seek after knowledge, bread of the children, not meet for dogs), either ear you let go of you are bit by the dog who drives you from the truth of this work that Jesus finished upon the cross. The gentile is representing the one who is standing outside and looking in, driven out by knowledge. The declaration of the work finished is the declaration of the sabbath or seventh day.

The son/sons of God is not a work in progress, this is a path of a serpent. The son of God always was. It is our perception of this truth that has a beginning and an end to it, or a seventh day. But it is an expected end, an along known of God/Father to have been. His thoughts are higher than ours ... it's of a What measure you meet ...

What Jews teach...................

Two major rationales for Sabbath observance are presented in the Pentateuch. The concept of the Sabbath as a memorial of God's resting from the work of creation is expressed in Genesis 2:1-3 and repeated in Exodus 20:11 and 31:17. The latter passage broadens the concept in defining the Sabbath as "a sign forever between me and the people of Israel." Although God had already sanctified the seventh day at the time of creation, he did not reveal its special status to humankind at large, but only to his people Israel. Thus, Israel's observance of the Sabbath underscored its special relationship with God. This rationale was emphasized by Priestly writers.
Along with the theological rationale, a distinctly humanistic approach is to be found in Exodus 23:12 and Deuteronomy 5:14-15, both of which ground the observance of the Sabbath on the need to give servants, strangers, and work animals an opportunity to rest. The added reminder in Deuteronomy 5:15 of Israel's experience in Egypt most likely intends to bolster the owner's feeling of compassion for the weak and destitute (cf. Deuteronomy 15:15; 16:12).

Dr. Jeffrey Tigay is A.M. Ellis Professor of Hebrew and Semitic Languages and Literatures at the University of Pennsylvania.

Shabbat in the Bible - My Jewish Learning
This Jewish Professor says: God did not reveal sabbath to humans at creation, He first reveal it to Israel (one people).
