Fetish for women's One Piece Swimsuits...HELP!!

I have struggled with this fetish for years and it seems to end up biting me every so often. I seem to be fascinated by anything involving women's one piece swimsuits, leotards, unitards, catsuits, and any other type of tight bodysuit whether I'm wearing one or looking at an attractive girl who's wearing one. When I'm the one wearing one sometimes I end up masturbating in it and I always end up feeling really guilty afterwards. This is something I am afraid can ruin future friendships and relationships. It's hard to stop though. The longest I've gone without having anything to do with the lust/masturbation after this is about 5 1/2 weeks.

Any suggestions or thoughts?

Throw them out, magazines and clothing. I had to with my porn. As for looking at women wearing them (I take it you're at a beach) then don't go. If you must, bring someone with you to talk to and possibly be an accountability partner. Can't say that I'm perfect with my issues. It's one day at a time.

Discard all sources of sin from your life. I remember when I was enslaved to this sin of masturbation for 8 long years, there were certain types of clothes that caused me to sin. One day Our Lord Jesus lead me to the online ministry Setting Captives Free , I took up the 60 day Way of Purity course and Jesus completely set me free. In the course, I was taught to totally cut away from sources of sin. You need to flee from sin. Do not wear such clothes that cause you to sin.
Only the Holy Spirit can give you victory over this sin. If the Son therefore shall set you free, you shall be free indeed.
Even if you try to battle in your own strength you cannot get victory. Just come to Jesus - He will make you an overcomes, just like how He helped me.
