Another possibility re Juliana's reluctance to accept a personal check or wired money herself, albeit maybe far-fetched: Someone may or may not be exerting undue influence upon her.

I ask your prayers for Juliana that God could warm Juliana's heart and see that I've had the best of intentions in trying to help her, but that rules are rules. Pray for continued recovery for Juliana's mother as well, and that somehow she could get the money she needs.  . Ptaying for wisdom and guidance in regard to Juliana & for the mother's health
